Owen Kerr first set up his sign business in 1982, working on his own from a rented property off Ayr High Street. It wasn’t long before Owen took on his first employee and, after a few relocations, moved an expanding team to a new nest factory in Green Street.
Business continued to grow and by the early 90s the company employed 12 people.
More moves to bigger premises followed before Owen Kerr Signs settled into Green Street Lane in 2002.
It’s here we fully developed into the business we are today, offering a complete range of design-led signage, display and digital print services.
