At Owen Kerr Sign Print & Display(OKSPD), we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers.   In particular, we want you to know that we are not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes.  In this Privacy Statement, we’ve provided lots of detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, and how we use it.

What information does OKSPD collect about me?

As part of the enquiry/registration stage of our sign making process, we collect customer information (name, address, email address and phone number and mobile number) and we ask you to “opt-in” for marketing communications.

Sensitive personal data

We do not collect or store sensitive personal data (such as information relating to health, beliefs or political affiliation) about our customers.

Why does OKSPD need my information?

We use that information for a few reasons: to tell you about your product during the production process; to send your invoices; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right, for occasional marketing and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. 

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our marketing emails. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to marketing mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our marketing emails or by emailing our Administration Manager at pdevlin@owenkerr.com 

How is my information used?

OKSPD uses data for the following purposes:

Does OKSPD sell information to third parties?

No. We never have. And we never will.

Does OKSD keep or share my credit card information?

No. It’s only used to process your payment at the time of purchase.

How is information stored and secured by OKSPD?


OKSPD is committed to protecting the security of your personal data. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal data from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. For example, we store the personal data you provide on computer systems that have limited access and are in controlled facilities. All hardcopy (paper) records are kept in a secure area that has limited access by authorised members of staff only.
